1. How to Order? You may order via our website, dokiddi.com, or via DM.

2. How to Personalize Items? Via website: Please fill in the fields for name/initials/phrases to embroider, choose the font style, text order, and thread color.

3. How to Order via DM? Please provide us with the following information so we can compute your total bill (product plus shipping fee, if applicable):

For non-personalizable items:

  1. Product to be ordered
  2. Color
  3. Quantity
  4. Mode of delivery
  5. Customer details: a. Name b. Mobile number c. Delivery address (if via J&T)

4. How Long Does Personalization Take? Personalization services require around 3-5 working days, and orders will be shipped out after embroidery is completed. During peak season, personalization services might require 5-10 working days.

5. What Are Your Payment Modes? Through the website, you may pay via PayPal. Through DM, you may pay via bank transfer or Gcash. Details will be provided once the order is confirmed.

6. What Are Your Shipment Details? We ship via J&T.

  • 2-3 days within Metro Manila
  • 5-7 days for provincial areas

7. How Much Is Your Shipping? Via J&T, here are the estimated shipping fees. These might differ depending on the product mix in your cart. For orders of multiple different items, shipping fee will be calculated at check-out.

8. Do You Allow Pick-Up of Orders? Yes, you may opt to pick-up your item/s or book your own courier to pick up at our Mandaluyong location. This service is FREE.

9. What Are the Instructions for Pick-Up/Book Your Own Courier?  Pick-up time is 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Please wait for our message if your item is packed and ready, especially for personalized items.
  • If you need to pick-up on weekends, please message us.
  • Please have the following ready when you pick-up: Name, Order number
  • If you’re booking Lalamove/Grab Express, or any third-party courier, please give the same information to your driver.

10. What If I Need to Change My Order After It Has Been Placed? Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the item has not yet been personalized or shipped.

11. How Can I Track My Order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or DM.

12. What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy for Personalized Items? Please note that personalized items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

17. Do You Offer Bulk Order Discounts for Events or Corporate Gifts? Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for more details.
