Don’t use fabric softener, bleach or harsh detergents.
Hang the towels to dry or use a low heat tumble dry setting.
Avoid ironing directly on the embroidered area.

PERSONALIZATION
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to be personalized. Orders will be shipped out after embroidery is completed.

All orders are dispatched from Mandaluyong City. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

During peak times, please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

You may opt to pick-up your item/s or book your own courier to pick up at our Mandaluyong location from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
