• Choose your preferred thread color family, then select your thread color.
• Choose a character from our available designs.
• We automatically resize and adjust the embroidery to best fit your bag, name length, and selected character while keeping each font as close to its original style as possible.
• Fully padded bags may have slight puckering around the embroidery area. This is a normal part of embroidery on padded materials.
• Thread colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

• Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth.
• For tougher spots, gently clean with mild soap and water.
• Air dry completely before storing.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

Personalization & Processing Time

Every personalized Dokiddi bag is embroidered just for you.

• Please allow 3–5 working days for personalization before your order is shipped.
• During peak seasons and holidays, production may take 7–10 working days.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

All orders are embroidered and shipped from Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Domestic Shipping

We ship nationwide via J&T Express.

• Metro Manila: 2–3 days
• Provincial: 5–7 days

Shipping timelines begin after personalization is completed.

Order Pick-up

You may pick up your order or book your own courier from our Mandaluyong City location.

Pick-up hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Please wait for our message confirming that your order is packed and ready before heading over or booking a courier.

Returns & Exchanges

Because personalized items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products with custom embroidery unless there is an issue with the item you received.
