* We automatically resize names to best fit the embroidery area while keeping each font as close to its original style as possible.
* Fully padded bags may have slight puckering around the embroidery area. This is a normal part of embroidery on padded materials.
* Thread colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

* Spot clean with a soft damp cloth.
* Air dry completely before storing.
* Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

PERSONALIZATION

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to be personalized. Orders will be shipped out after embroidery is completed.

All orders are dispatched from Mandaluyong City. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

During peak times, please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

ORDER PICK-UP

You may opt to pick-up your item/s or book your own courier to pick up at our Mandaluyong location from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Please wait for our message if your item is packed and ready, especially for personalized items.
• If you need to pick-up on weekends, please message us.
• Please have the following ready when you pick-up: Name, Order number
• If you’re booking Lalamove/Grab Express, or any third-party courier, please give the same information to your driver.
