For Left Chest embroidery, the font size may be adjusted to a maximum of 2 inches wide to keep the embroidery balanced and properly positioned.

• Embroider up to 10 letters, including spaces.
• Choose from 10 Dokiddi font styles.
• Choose your preferred thread color family, then select your thread color.
• We automatically resize and adjust the embroidery to best fit your bag and name length while keeping each font as close to its original style as possible.
• Fully padded bags may have slight puckering around the embroidery area. This is a normal part of embroidery on padded materials.
• Thread colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Our Track Set is made from soft French Terry cotton and designed for everyday comfort.

To keep it looking its best:

• Gentle hand wash is recommended.
• If using a washing machine, wash on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag.
• Wash with similar colors.
• Turn the garment inside out before washing to help protect the embroidery.
• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

Every personalized Dokiddi bag is embroidered just for you.

• Please allow 3–5 working days for personalization before your order is shipped.
• During peak seasons and holidays, production may take 7–10 working days.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

All orders are embroidered and shipped from Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Domestic Shipping

We ship nationwide via J&T Express.

• Metro Manila: 2–3 days
• Provincial: 5–7 days

Shipping timelines begin after personalization is completed.

Order Pick-up

You may pick up your order or book your own courier from our Mandaluyong City location.

Pick-up hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Please wait for our message confirming that your order is packed and ready before heading over or booking a courier.

If you're booking GrabExpress, Lalamove, or another courier, please provide the same information to your driver.
